Tex-mex spare ribs with grilled corn salsa

1.In a large bowl, combine sugar, oregano, spices, water and oil with ribs, rubbing rub spice mixture all over ribs.
2.On a heated oiled barbecue flat plate, cook ribs 10 minutes or until browned all over and cooked as desired.
3.Meanwhile, make grilled corn salsa.
4.Serve ribs with salsa.

5.On the heated oiled barbecue grill plate, cook corn until tender. When cool enough to handle, cut kernels from cobs. In a medium bowl, combine kernels with remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
