Reuben salad

The inspiration for this tasty salad is that famous New York deli sandwich, the Reuben, a universal favourite ever since its creation in the early 1900s.

1.Boil, steam or microwave potato until just tender; drain. Cool, 5 minutes.
2.Combine potato in medium bowl with combined mayonnaise, chilli sauce, horseradish cream and onion. Combine sauerkraut and chives in small bowl.
3.Divide bread, corned beef, cheese, potato mixture and sliced pickles among serving plates; serve with sauerkraut mixture.
