1.Cut haloumi into 12 slices. Cut prosciutto in half crossways; wrap haloumi in prosciutto.
2.Cook haloumi on a heated oiled grill pan (or grill or barbecue) over medium heat, 2 minutes each side or until prosciutto starts to crisp.
3.Drizzle with combined juice and garlic; season to taste. Serve with mixed olives and gherkins.
