Prawn, mango and avocado cocktails

This summery starter is Australia in a plate! Think sweet mangoes, creamy avocado and fresh, crunchy lettuce topped with a delicious Marie-Rose sauce. But naturally, it's the prawns that shine here.

1.Arrange lettuce, mango and avocado in serving dishes. Top with prawns. Chill until required.
2.Meanwhile, to make the dressing; in a jug, whisk together all ingredients. Season to taste.
3.Drizzle dressing over cocktail just before serving. Garnish with a little cracked black pepper.
