Method

1.Crush garlic. Heat butter in medium saucepan; cook garlic, stirring, until fragrant. Add rice; cook, stirring, 1 minute.
2.Add stock and the water; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
3.Meanwhile, roast nuts in small frying pan until browned lightly.
4.Remove from heat; fluff rice with fork. Stir in parsley and nuts; season to taste.
