1.In a large saucepan, cook pasta until just tender; drain.
2.Place pasta in a large bowl with artichokes, tomato, cheese, parsley, ham.
3.Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine juice, mustard, honey, garlic and oil; add to pasta mixture; toss gently. Serve.
