Method

1.Combine grape juice, rind, sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves, bay leaves and thyme in large saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes (do not boil). Cool; refrigerate until cold.
2.Strain mixture into large jug; discard solids. Add orange slices, extra fresh bay leaves and fresh sprigs of thyme. Serve over ice.
