Lemon grass and lime spritzer
1.Stir sugar and water in small saucepan over low heat, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, stir in lemon grass. Cover, refrigerate until chilled.
2.Combine strained sugar mixture with juice, mineral water and ice cubes in large jug.
