Method

1.Bring stock to the boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat, add couscous and butter, stir to combine. Cover, stand for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, fluffing with a fork occasionally.
2.Stir 3 thinly sliced green onions (scallions) into couscous.
