1.Combine chicken and spices in a medium bowl.
2.Cook lentils in a large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until tender, drain. Rinse under cold water, drain.
3.Place lentils in a large bowl with garlic, chilli, cucumber, capsicum, juice, oil and fresh coriander, toss gently to combine. Season to taste.
4.Cook chicken on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked through. Cook limes on same grill plate until browned both sides.
5.Serve chicken with lentil salad and lime wedges.
