Method

1.Heat oil in pan, cook onion and garlic, until soft. Add ginger, paste, mustard, sugar, vinegar, sauce and tomatoes; simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes, until thick. Blend sauce until smooth.
2.Barbecue the chipolatas until cooked. Serve with sauce.

Sauce can be made a week ahead; refrigerate.
