Method

1.Combine lamb with ground coriander and cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic, parsley and oil in medium bowl.
2.Cook lamb on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3.Sprinkle lamb with cumin seeds; serve with baba ghanoush.
