Method

1.Heat oil in large frying pan over high heat.
2.Combine lamb, juice, pepper, spices and garlic in large bowl. Cook lamb about 3 minutes each side or until cooked as desired.
3.Thickly slice orange.
4.Sprinkle hummus with a little extra paprika and cumin. Sprinkle mint over orange slices; serve lamb with orange and hummus.
