Method

1.Peel, seed and coarsely chop 1 small papaya. Blend or process papaya with 1 cup orange juice and 3/4 cup coconut-flavoured liqueur until smooth.

2.Place ice-cubes and a few mint leaves in eight tall glasses. Divide papaya mixture between glasses; top up glasses with sweet apple cider.
