Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave peas and asparagus, separately, until just tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.
2.Cook fish on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or grill pan) until browned both sides and cooked as desired. Place fish in large bowl; using fork, flake into chunks.
3.Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until just tender; drain. Add pasta to fish.
4.Combine parsley, the water, oil, rind and juice in small jug; pour over fish and pasta. Add peas and asparagus; toss gently to combine.
