1.Combine sumac and oregano with breadcrumbs in shallow medium bowl. Beat egg in another shallow medium bowl. Place flour in a third shallow medium bowl. Dip fillets in flour then coat in egg and finally in spice mixture.
2.Heat oil in large frying pan; cook lamb until cooked as desired. Cover; stand 5 minutes then slice thickly. Goes well with a lebanese salad such as tabbouleh or fattoush.
