1.Combine beef and seasoning in medium bowl. Heat oiled wok; stir-fry beef mixture, in batches, until browned. Remove from wok.
2.Add onion and capsicum to heated wok; stir-fry until just tender.
3.Return beef mixture to wok with water; stir-fry until hot.

Fajita seasoning spice mix adds an authentic Mexican flavour to foods; it is a blend of herbs and spices, and may include cumin, chilli, garlic, capsicum, oregano, coriander and onion. Use a mild chilli seasoning, if you prefer. Beef eye fillet can be expensive, buy beef strips or stir-fry beef to make this a cheap midweek meal. This recipe also lends itself to be made with any type of meat you like.
