A delicious side dish of spicy couscous salad packed with pine nuts, red onion, currants and harissa.

1.Bring stock and the water to the boil in medium saucepan.
2.Combine couscous and hot stock mixture in large heatproof bowl, cover; stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, fluffing with fork occasionally.
3.Stir nuts, onion, currants and herbs into couscous.
4.Make harissa dressing. Place ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
5.Just before serving, pour dressing over couscous; toss gently.
