1.Heat oil in wok; stir-fry pumpkin about 6 minutes or until almost tender.
2.Add spice mix; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until pumpkin is tender.
3.Add chickpeas and spinach; stir-fry until spinach wilts, season to taste.
