Method

1.Combine chicken, salt and pepper in small bowl.
2.Heat oiled wok; stir-fry chicken until cooked. Add pak choy and miso paste; stir-fry until pak choy wilts. Add rice; stir-fry until hot, season to taste.
3.Serve fried rice topped with a few fresh thai basil leaves.
