Salmon ravioli with garlic and dill sauce

.In a bowl, combine salmon, tomatoes, onions, 2 tablespoons cream and dill. Season to taste.
.Cut each lasagne sheet into 6 even squares. Place a level tablespoon of salmon mixture on half of the squares. Top with remaining squares, pressing edges firmly to seal.
.Cook ravioli, 5-6 at a time, in a large pan of boiling, salted water, for 4-5 minutes until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon to a bowl.
.Meanwhile, make Garlic and dill sauce. (See recipe below)
.Toss sauce through ravioli. Serve topped with extra dill.

.Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
.Stir remaining cream in. Bring to the boil, stirring. Reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes until cream has thickened slightly.
.Stir juice and dill through.

To help prevent ravioli from sticking together, it’s important not to overcrowd the saucepan when cooking – a splash of oil in the water will also help.
