1.Combine shredded lettuce and mint in a bowl. Cover and set aside.
2.Add lamb mince to a heated greased frypan and stir over heat until mince is browned all over. Stir in rogan josh simmer sauce and water. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
3.Place yoghurt in a bowl, stir in 1-2 tblsp water to thin yoghurt to a smooth, pouring consistency.
4.Heat the chapatis as directed on packet.
5.To serve, top each warm chapatis with some of the shredded lettuce and the Rogan Josh sauce then drizzle with yoghurt sauce and roll up to serve.
Chapatis are available in packets of 6 from the bakery section in supermarkets. You can substitute any variety of flour tortillas, if preferred.Note
