Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
2.Combine tomato, garlic and oil in large baking dish; roast, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until tomato softens and browns slightly.
3.Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain.
4.Place tomato mixture and pasta in large bowl with basil; toss gently.
