1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet instructions. Add beans and peas to boiling water for final minute. Drain well and return to pan.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Fry prosciutto 2-3 minutes, turning, until crisp and golden. Remove from pan and break into pieces.
3.Using same pan, reduce heat to medium. Saute onion and garlic 1-2 minutes, until tender. Stir in mustard, then cream. Bring to simmer.
4.Add sauce to pasta and vegetables. Toss well and season to taste. Serve topped with prosciutto and grated parmesan.
