Prawn rolls with thousand island dressing

Make sure your fillings are well seasoned and your buns are fresh!

1.Thaw the prawns and remove the shells from at least half of them.
2.Combine the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and cracked pepper, then add the prawns and let the flavours infuse. Chill until ready to serve.
3.For the iceberg salad, combine the shredded lettuce with the celery, red onion and toasted sesame seeds.
4.Halve the buns and fill with the iceberg salad, then top with the tangy prawn mayonnaise.

This little treat is like a prawn cocktail in a roll. The tangy dressing brings the prawns to life. Add a dash of brandy to the dressing for an adult version. These also make cute slider buns for a cocktail party.
