Prawn, asparagus and sesame stir-fry



1.Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.
2.Cook sesame seeds in dry, heated wok, stirring, until browned lightly and fragrant. Remove from wok.
3.Heat half of the peanut oil in wok; stir-fry ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant. Add asparagus; stir-fry until just tender. Remove from wok.
4.Heat remaining oil in wok; stir-fry prawns, in batches, until just changed in colour. Return asparagus mixture and all prawns to wok with chilli and combined remaining ingredients; stir-fry until hot.
5.Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
