Method
1.Heat 1 tbsp peanut oil in wok; stir-fry pork fillets, in batches, until browned. Heat another tablespoon peanut oil in same wok; stir-fry onion and garlic for 1 minute.
2.Add asparagus and capsicums; stir-fry until softened. Return pork to wok with combined plum sauce and light soy sauce; stir-fry until pork is cooked as desired.
