Method

1.Melt butter in a medium saucepan; cook garlic, stirring, until fragrant. Add rice; cook, stirring, 1 minute.
2.Add chicken stock and water; bring to the boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or until rice is just tender.
3.Remove from heat; fluff rice with fork. Stir in parsley and almonds.
