Method

1.Blend or process pepitas, garlic, sour cream and juice until mixture is almost smooth.
2.Cook four 200g blue-eye fillets in heated oiled large frying pan until cooked as desired.
3.Meanwhile, heat four small flour tortillas according to manufacturer’s instructions.
4.Serve each fillet of fish, drizzled with pepita cream, on a tortilla. Goes well with spicy avocado and tomato salsa.
