Method

1.To make salsa; combine avocado, tomatoes, coriander and lime juice in a medium bowl, cover and set aside.
2.Rub Moroccan seasoning over salmon cutlets. Add seasoned cutlets to a heated, well-greased large frypan or barbecue plate.
3.Pan-fry until salmon cutlets are browned on both sides and cooked to your liking. Serve salmon topped with salsa.
