1.Combine 600g (1¼ pounds) lamb strips and 50g (1½-ounce) packet burrito seasoning in medium bowl.
2.Heat oiled wok; cook lamb in batches. Meanwhile, heat eight 15cm (6-inch) white flour tortillas (220g) according to packet instructions. Serve lamb with warm tortillas and 300g (9½ ounces) chunky tomato capsicum salsa.
