Method
1.Combine chicken breast fillets with packet taco seasoning mix in medium bowl. Cook chicken in heated oiled large frying pan until browned both sides and cooked through.
2.Meanwhile to make the salsa, combine avocados, tomato, red onion, chilli and lime juice.
3.Serve chicken with salsa. Goes well with warmed corn tortillas or grilled fresh corn cobs.
