1.Combine lamb, onion, spices and half the mint in medium bowl; season.
2.Shape lamb mixture into 8 sausages; thread onto 8 bamboo skewers.
3.Cook skewers, in batches, in heated oiled large frying pan until browned and cooked through.
4.Sprinkle skewers with remaining mint; serve with yogurt and lemon wedges, if you like.
Soak skewers in water for at least an hour before using to prevent burning during cooking.Note
