Method

Harissa & lime-rubbed pork

1.Combine harissa paste, finely grated lime rind, lime juice, crushed garlic clove and pork fillets in a large bowl.
2.Heat olive oil in a large frying pan, over medium-high heat, cook pork, uncovered, until browned all over. Cover pork, cook 10 minutes or until cooked as desired. Remove pan from heat, stand pork, covered, 5 minutes then slice thickly.
