Method

1.Heat combined sauce, mustard, juice, ginger and garlic in small saucepan, stirring, until glaze comes to the boil.
2.Cook chicken, in batches, in heated lightly oiled large frying pan, brushing frequently with glaze, until cooked through. Cover chicken; stand 5 minutes before slicing thickly.
3.Meanwhile, place onion, sprouts, herbs and vinegar in medium bowl; toss salad gently to combine. Heat tortillas according to manufacturer’s instructions.
4.Divide chicken and salad among centres of tortillas; roll tortillas around filling to form cone shapes.

You could set out a platter of sliced chicken, bowl of salad with serving tongs and stack of tortillas for everyone to assemble their own great food-to-go.
