1.In a medium bowl, combine 2 tbsp of the sauce with five-spice, garlic, chilli, rind and baby onion. Add fish and turn to coat in mixture. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
2.Heat half the oil in wok and stir-fry fish mixture, in batches, until cooked as desired.
3.Heat remaining oil in wok and stir-fry broccolini with water and remaining sauce until tender.
4.Return fish mixture to wok with green onion and orange, stir-fry until hot.
