Method

1.Combine thigh fillets with eggs in medium bowl. Combine dukkah spice mixture and breadcrumbs in shallow medium bowl.
2.Coat chicken pieces with egg mixture then dukkah mixture. Heat olive oil in large frying pan; cook chicken until browned both sides and cooked through.
