Sweet chilli dipping sauce
1.Whisk flour, cornflour, egg and the water in medium bowl until smooth; place breadcrumbs in small bowl.
2.Separate onion slices into rings. Dip rings, one at a time, in batter, then in breadcrumbs to coat; place, in single layer, on tray until all rings are coated.
3.Heat oil in large saucepan; deep-fry rings, in batches, until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper.
4.Make sweet chilli dipping sauce. Combine sour cream, sauce and cream in small bowl.
5.Serve hot with sweet chilli dipping sauce.
