1.Heat oiled wok; stir-fry 2 thinly sliced green onions until soft.
2.Add 400g beef mince; stir-fry until browned. Add 1 cup frozen peas and ¼ cup hoisin sauce; stir-fry until hot.
3.Remove from heat; stir in 100g crispy fried noodles and another 2 thinly sliced green onions.
4.Divide beef mixture between 8 large iceberg lettuce leaves.
