1.Heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil in wok; cook pork fillet in batches, until browned. Remove from wok. Heat another tablespoon peanut oil in wok; stir-fry onions and baby corn until onion softens.
2.Return pork to wok with choy sum. Stir in char siu sauce, light soy sauce and lime juice; stir-fry until hot, season to taste. Sprinkle with sliced fresh chilli.
3.Serve with rice noodles.
