To make this mouth-watering recipe a light main course for two, serve it with steamed rice or noodles.

1.Heat oil in heavy-based frying pan; cook steak until well browned.Plunge steak into bowl of iced-water; remove steak, pat dry with absorbent paper.
2.To make mustard and soy dressing, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sake, oils, sugar, mustard, ginger and garlic in small bowl.
3.Slice beef thinly; arrange on plates. Top with rocket; drizzle over dressing. Sprinkle with green onion.
