1.To make salsa, combine tomato, chilli, green onion, juice and coriander in a medium bowl; season to taste.
2.Heat half the oil in a large frying pan over high heat; cook brown onion and capsicum, stirring, until browned lightly and softened. Remove from pan.
3.Heat remaining oil in same pan; cook beef, in two batches, until browned. Return onion mixture to pan with beef, spice mix, peas and garlic; cook, stirring, until fragrant and peas are bright green.
4.Serve beef mixture with tortillas and salsa.
