Asian herb salad

This delicious Asian wild rice salad is packed full of fresh veggies and tossed with a zesty, fragrant dressing, perfect for a side dish at a Summer dinner party.

Sesame dressing


1.Place the wild rice in a sieve and rinse under cold water. Drain. Place the rice in a small saucepan. Cover with water, cover saucepan with lid. Bring to the boil. Simmer for about 35 minutes or until the grains are soft and just split. Drain, cool.
2.Combine wild rice, capsicum, snow peas, bean sprouts and herbs in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine
3.To make dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients in a small jug or bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.

Not suitable to freeze. Suitable to microwave.
