Preheat the oven to 160°C (140°C fan-forced). Line a large oven tray with baking paper.

Combine macadamias, seeds, chilli powder and pepper in a large bowl.

Combined warmed honey, macadamia oil and soy sauce in a small bowl. Pour over nut mixture; stir to combine.
4.
Roast for 15-20 minutes or until the macadamias are golden, stirring halfway through cooking. Sprinkle over sea salt flakes.
