Quick & Easy May 31, 2009 Tuna and tomato toasts Serves 4 Cook 15M Women's Weekly Food Print Ingredients 1 tablespoon rinsed, drained capers, finely chopped 2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill 2 teaspoon olive oil 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 loaf turkish bread 4 medium tomatoes, seeded, thinly sliced 4 green onions, thinly sliced 2 x 125g cans smoked tuna slices in springwater, drained Method 1.In a small bowl, combine capers, dill, oil and juice. 2.Quarter bread; split pieces horizontally. Toast both sides. 3.Divide combined tomato and onion among toast slices; top with tuna, drizzle with caper mixture.
