Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoon horseradish cream
2 slice rye bread
2 slice rare roast beef
45 gram baby rocket leaves
2 tablespoon sun-dried tomato strips, drained
1 large_piece apple
Method
1. Spread horseradish cream equally over bread. Top each with beef.
2. Divide rocket leaves and sun-dried tomato strips equally between sandwiches. Season and top each with another slice of rye bread.
3. Accompany with cornichons, and serve each with 1 large apple.
