Buttermilk dressing

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F.
2.Place bread on oven tray; toast, in oven, until browned both sides.
3.Meanwhile, to make buttermilk dressing; whisk ingredients in medium bowl.
4.Spread toast with cheese.
5.Place remaining ingredients in large serving bowl with dressing; toss gently to combine. Serve salad with cheese toast.
