Method
1.Combine cheese, pepper and oregano in a medium bowl.
2.Place 2 teaspoons of mixture, 3cm apart, on baking paper-lined oven trays; flatten with fingertips.
3.Bake, uncovered, in moderately hot oven 4 minutes; cool on trays.
The flavourings can be omitted and the plain crisps topped with olive paste and a little sour cream for finger food.
