1.Preheat oven to moderately slow 170°C (150°C fan forced). Lightly grease eight holes (1/3 cup, 80ml) of a muffin pan.
2.Whisk eggs and cream in medium bowl. Stir in cheese, herbs and half of the peas. Pour egg mixture into pan holes.
3.Bake frittatas 15 minutes. Sprinkle frittatas with remaining peas, bake further 15 minutes or until egg is just set. Stand frittatas 5 minutes before turning out. Refrigerate until cold.

Frittatas can be eaten cold or warm. Store frittatas, in an airtight container, in the refrigerator for up to three days.
