Method

1.Combine water, sugar and yeast in a small jug. Stand in warm place about 10 minutes or until frothy.
2.Sift flour and salt into a large bowl. Add yeast mixture; mix to a soft dough. Knead dough on floured surface about 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place dough in oiled large bowl and cover. Stand in a warm place about 1 hour or until dough has doubled in size.
3.Preheat oven to 220°C. Grease two oven or pizza trays.
4.Divide dough in half. Roll each portion into a 30cm round and place on trays.
5.Brush pizza bases with combined oil and garlic; sprinkle with cheese.
6.Bake pizzas about 20 minutes or until browned and crisp. Cut each pizza into 16 wedges.
